Improvements - Areas of Interest

For the 2025-2026 Board of Directors' term, I have identified some specific areas that I feel can be enhanced to improve the overall operation of the association.   There are some items in the "General Operations" areas and some that are specific to the "Finance /HR"  areas.    I have created a detailed document for each of these areas, and the document has been shared with my fellow board members.    I do not feel it is yet appropriate to share the details of these documents; however, the table of contents is shown below.   There is no guarantee that any of these will occur; however, I intend to work to move these items forward.
